Posting from a WordPress form to HTTP Post REST API for free
One common way to move data around the internet is by using posting strings. Many premium forms have this option, like post to REST API. Free forms like contact form 7 don't have this option and many free versions of premium forms don't either. You have to pay.

Webhooks, Zapier and Integromat (Make) are the interesting ones and they are free.
Zapier and Integromat are services where you can forward out to automate your workflows. If you have a low number of form fills a month, then you can send via one of those in to your CRM.
Post in to Databowl from WordPress
Databowl is not on the list above. It is somewhat of a niche lead management platform but takes the information the same way as other systems with an API. You get your form data, encode to a form URL and post.
You need to select the integration type as webhooks and put the following information in. You can get the parameters from your set up document. cid and sid are the important ones as they are the campaign id and supplier id.

Thats all there is to it. You can send all the form data straight in to Databowl or any system that accepts a HTTP posting string.
More complicated integrations.
If you have a system that requires a json string, XML, sftp, s2s, etc, you can send to integromat or zapier first and forward from there. I actually send my contact form to integromat and then on to my CRM.
Pricing.
The basic version of bit integrations is free. It will actually do for most people as they can send to integromat and use the integrations from there. However, the premium version of Bit Integrations is $19 a year, so cheap as chips.
