My Tech Stack Is My Edge: The One-Person Modern Agency

Many operate under the assumption that traditional knowledge and years of experience are the ultimate differentiators in delivering quality work. While these have their place, AI has changed the game. The primary differentiator today is increasingly the proficient, integrated access to and mastery of advanced AI tools. Everyone has ChatGPT. Everyone can pay for Claude or Gemini. The value of basic knowledge has collapsed. You can now generate 200,000 words of AI output for $0.60 using Gemini Flash 2.5. That’s $0.000003 per word.

AI has totally destroyed the skills curve. There's very little difference between a junior, mid, and senior now in terms of raw knowledge.

At the time of writing, Gemini Flash 2.5 is a top 10 SOTA model. Raw knowledge isn’t rare anymore. The true advantage comes from how that knowledge is strategically applied. My tech stack is designed to do just that, effectively allowing me to operate with the capacity and speed of a small marketing agency, as one person. It removes bottlenecks at every level: speed of thought, speed of typing, speed of delivery, and speed of iteration. This operational speed translates into significant cost-effectiveness.
